FUN - Every week a "Sidewalk Sunday School" truck pulls into a public housing site. The games, lessons songs, and puppets keep the children begging for more. Children are our number one priority. More than 2,000 children attend open air Sidewalk Sunday Schools throughout South East Washington, D.C.

LOVE - Kids Konnection helps children understand that they are special. As they learn of God's Love, they can forget their surroundings of hate and violence for one hour each week. Teaching about God's love is not enough. We must show it! Each child is visited once a week by a Kids' Konnection volunteer.

HOPE - Many children come from where they are faced with hopelessness and violence. Kid's Konnection wants them to know that God never gives up on anyone. He has a plan for each life.

FAITH - The Christian emphasis of Kids' Konnection is non-denominational. We want our children to be active in a local church, to love one another and to follow the Word of God. For many "Sidewalk Sunday School" is their only church.

There is a new generation rising up to honor God. They sit on blue mats and they worship where everyone can see them. Games and special treats are part of the service. They have a hope and a joy knowing that Sunday School is not only fun, but they can find Jesus there.
